Can't see engaged photos, can't save items, can''t bid . this has happed before then after a few days eBay is back to normal. What is going on?

Unable to bid, save to watchlist, enlarge photos, NOTHING. This has happened before and after a day or so it corrected somehow. What is going on???

unable to bid or enlarge side photos, can't review offers, nothing, I tried switching browsers, didn't help

I am unable to place bids, can't open enlarged pictures, can't open anything on page.

Placed order on 12/28/2023, never received oder. Contacted seller on 1/10/2024 no reply, again on 1/12/2024 no reply. Contacted Ebay who refunded me $2.54 on $10.16 order. No explanation whatsoever just " your case in now closed " with no possibility...
