I've been noticing that some sellers are allowed to have up to seven
variations on Volume pricing.You know like 5% 10% 15% 20% etc.. But I

I'm sorry but it has everything to do with Politics, No matter how much
you tell yourself that it doesn't. The economy matters and the people in
charge of it matters. When the economy is good we sell more, when the
economy is bad we sell less.
