Ebay made yet another decision in my buyer's favor - USPS item, somehow
lost in transit and never shows delivered (how ironic that the shipping
address was a shipping and delivery company in Miami). I need to appeal.

Never had this issue before, but a buyer made a best offer, I accepted,
sent an invoice. Did not see that they put "Free Shipping" in a message
with the offer. Am I bound to this? Seems a bit unethical.
