100% agree. Turn off Guam shipping. You have zero protection from USPS
delays. eBay estimate for travel was inaccurate. The item was on a
surface ship. Buyer opened a claim, EBay understandably ruled in their
favor. Boat arrived and package delivered...
I just was 'forced' into it and now sweating and praying the seller will
refund me. This is a terrible change and was not presented well. Really
could stop me from buying on Ebay.
