Can I specify that 30-day free returns will only be processed for new in
package or new with tag items where it is clear the package has not been
opened and where the garment tags have not been removed?
I don't understand how to use this promotion. I listed a shirt as an
auction with the starting price below $5 but it is not showing against
the promotion count. Are there specific items in the clothing category?
I reported this issue to eBay yesterday morning but the problem is still
not fixed. Better not try to punish sellers for not uploading tracking
information in a timely manner.
