Classic View won't change to it.

When I click on Change to Classic View nothing happens. I am using Google Chrome Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (32-bit). Any ideas?

I received a message on my Sellers dashboard about an item and when I click reply it goes to my messages and there is no message from the member. What is happening?
