Classic View won't change to it.

When I click on Change to Classic View nothing happens.  I am using Google Chrome Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (32-bit). Any ideas?

What page are you looking at?

I was on the Selling page.  When I went back to it it allowed me to change the view.
