charged twice for an itenm.Seller never recieved it

Paypal charged my account twice,once on june 28 and once on July 3.The seller didnt get the money or any notification.What now? Thanks

Hello! Id appreciate any advice. On june 28 I tried to buy a pair of shoes.Waited the money was taken out of my account,but the item was still for sale,The seller never got my payment..Now? I see that PAYPAL has charged myt account twice for the item...

Can I get unfair bad feedback removed?

A buyer just left me the first negative feedback ever after almost 1300 transactions. The item got damaged before I was able to get it to them. As soon as I found out,I emailed them and refunded their money. They reported me saying I never mailed it....
