Priority Mail reports they're both processed to leave US, that's it. Do

Despite extensive looking, cannot find contact info for ebay charity
fund. 1) Once again, they've overbilled for charitable donations. We
love to give, when we sell, not when we cancel a sale 2) Because they
bundle separate donations into one invoice...
