How do you set your ebay account to automatically send an email with
offers or purchases to your regular email in-box? This seems like it
should be simple but I haven't found where to do that.

I totally agree. And then you know for sure what you're paying. It's
nice they reverse a fee *IF* you can figure out how to file for it and
*if* someone goes back and sees it was an automation error but then
you're working hard and wasting time tryin...
I think I figured it out---UPS tacked on their own measurements using
the very tippy edge of the folded over box corners--it wasn't the "real"
size--but adding a few inches on each end bumped it up significantly.
Lesson learned. I will do boxes mysel...
