I MADE A PURCHASE AND PAID FOR IT IMMEDIATELY.. A FEW DAYS LATER THE
SELLER SAID IT WAS "OUT O STOCK" AND CANCELLED MY ORDER. I HAVE NOT
RECEIVED MY REFUND YET. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND ON A
SELLER CANCELLED ITEM?
Does ebay allow opened perfume bottles to be sold that still have liquid
in them? It is unclear to me from the rules and I see many listed that
are not new and still have perfume in the bottles.
About a year ago, I received an UNWARRANTED negative feedback. How long
does it take to drop off my feedback record? I had perfect feedback for
over 20 years prior to that one negative. eBay would not remove it.
