I MADE A PURCHASE AND PAID FOR IT IMMEDIATELY.. A FEW DAYS LATER THE
SELLER SAID IT WAS "OUT O STOCK" AND CANCELLED MY ORDER. I HAVE NOT
RECEIVED MY REFUND YET. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND ON A
SELLER CANCELLED ITEM?
Does ebay allow opened perfume bottles to be sold that still have liquid
in them? It is unclear to me from the rules and I see many listed that
are not new and still have perfume in the bottles.
About a year ago, I received an UNWARRANTED negative feedback. How long
does it take to drop off my feedback record? I had perfect feedback for
over 20 years prior to that one negative. eBay would not remove it.
When an item is sent via global shipping, and then the buyer wants to
return it, the shipping cost that seller was supposed to refund was $70
more than what the buyer paid at the time of purchase. Shouldn't we be
told at the time the item is shipped ...
