This seems to be a bug in the app. Cleared the cache and the data for the app with no change. We had 9+ paid items to ship for days, then it changed to 8, without any change in what we actually need to ship.

Having the same issue. Reported it to Ebay via a chat session. Took 15 minutes before the tech. on the other end of the line could even understand the issue. Ugh.
