watch list so it it saved and forgotten basically. Sending offers
refreshes their memories and it also puts it out to new watchers. So it

Yes! We voted this week. Even though we knew generally how we were
voting we researched from a sample ballot before going. It took maybe 10
minutes, but felt more informed.
