Sometimes, thoughts come to mind that I would like to add to my post,
but I'm denied. Give us at least an hour of editing allowed time.
I had to select "Returns" from the drop down menu because there isn't
one for "Refunds". There should be a drop down menu for

I have searched and searched all kinds of databases and have come up
empty on identifying this hallmark. Haven't been able to find anything
even close. Does anyone recognize it? It is on a souvenir cup circa
early 1900's.
