I shipped a item and the buyer contacted me in Spanish (I had to use a
translator) that the item didn’t arrive. I checked with usps and it says
no address found returned to sender, they have 0 feedback I’m not sure
what to do?
Well they asked for a refund so I had no other choice but to refund and
Lost $4.00 in shipping. I had no other choice I there was nowhere where
I could deduct the shipping for the refund.
I’m not sure if they did a IRN the just contacted me.yes I looked at the
tracking but there is no return tracking it said it was returned on the
4 th the same day it it was trying to be delivered.I used the address
