Hiya,Picked up this piece recently, formally identified as Whieldon
pottery by a former antique dealer. I have had several people tell me
that it is Belgian? Does anyone have any ideas or input. Thank you in

Recently I was going over some payouts. The buyer paid $650 plus $15
shipping and the tax for the total of $715.46. As you can see I was
charged 12% on the total amount. Can anyone explain this?Thanks
