not able to submit a listing

I make a listing hit submit but nothing happens, it falls to drafts but won't allow me to list new or that draft.

Being charged for free listings

Probably a glitch but I'm being charged 15 cents each for the free listings ebay provided due to the virus. Can this be corrected please?

seller hub sales graph working?

Ebay says all systems go but my seller hub graph and total sales hasn't worked in days. Anyone else having the same issues?
