I have had three Priority ("guaranteed" 3-day delivery) packages be four
days late recently. An overseas package is now at 31 days and counting.
Please don't try to excuse this stuff - people are not getting what they
are paying for.
All I can say is that the delays are so outrageous that I am going to
have to stop using eBay if a seller can't ship UPS. I'm a 22-year
member, something like 125 purchases this year, and I am DONE until this
