I missed the opportunity to respond yes to a make best offer. I had one
hour to respond. A medical emergency prevented me from responding in
time. What do I do now. Simply give the buyer my paypal address so he
can pay and me to ship the item?
I listed an item and 10 minutes it sold. Of course I was elated until I
googled the buyer and found several pages of complaints against the
person. The buyer paid by paypal and payment is pending. Is there a way
that I can cancel the transaction?
I received an email from Papal that says Based on your history as an
eBay seller, money you receive from each of your eBay transactions may
be temporarily held in a pending balance.
