I have the same problem, buyer told me Fedex lost his package.Does
anyone know a direct phone number to call? I called their 1-800 number,
only received a message said their office is closed. They didn't even
say their office hours in the message.
I marked the above reply as solution. The item shows in the search
result now. It was confusing because normally I see the "seller is
away.." notification on the page.
