Buyer has requested that I send the package to an address different that the one that shows on eBay. Can I do this without breaking any rules?

Message from high bidder a couple days after auction end. Says he has a request. Wants to know how much he should pay. Can’t send him an invoice because he is international bidder. Told him to pay what he bid plus shipping. Am I missing something?
