Added new pics to an auction a couple days ago. posted personal info by accident. won't let me edit or end it because it's too close to ending. help

I tried deleting the auction and it didn't fix it. Tried deleting app and reinstalling and it's still there. Don't see a live chat or email for ebay customer service? Anyone know how to get rid of it? It drives me nuts.
