Why does Ebay not send you a message that you have a return request
waiting for authorization? I have few returns and I forget to monitor
the returns section of my summary. Then I finally get a message after
the buyer has been waiting for some time.
When I try to list an auction, the starting price erases as soon as I
enter it. I had to give up and enter a buy it now. I called ebay last
week and it still is not fixed.
Customer service never called me back when I told her to escalate this
problem. I created 10% off sale and it says active in promotions
manager, but nothing is on sale. Always used old markdown manager, now
that is not an option. Does anyone know how...
