I listed an item with quantity of two and buyer show photo of one with
damaged packaging. I tried to offer a good partial refund but no replies
I received. Could someone please give me some suggestions?
The seller refuse to accept my return after I bought the item not
knowing voltage rating is only 110V. The standard voltage rating for the
same furnace blower motor assembly is 220V for the same part no.
An item I bought exactly one year ago which includes two lifetime
learning accounts. I suspect the seller recently suddenly took it down
so I no longer could access the materials I paid for. Please step in and
help administer justice. Thank you.
