I know I read Ebay collect and remit taxes on behalf of sellers to each

Are many of you having problems with buyers who purchase items then
change their minds once they get it simply because they just don't like
it or don't want it after all. I'm a seller who does the 30 day refund
which I don't think I like too much but...
