The buyer was acting strange from the beginning. And why take this long to reach out? Why do sellers have no protection.

I know that’s contradictory but it does work perfectly. The screen is cracked so when listing it made me use the “for parts” category. So buyers have all the control? I knew something was fishy from the beginning.
