New buyer gives me bad address. Why doesn't ebay verify address?

New buyer give me bad address for shipping a heavy item from Las Vegas to Florida. Due to the cost, I verify the address on maps. The address doesn't exist so I email buyer. The buyer responds "Oh my bad, the address is this number" If I trusted ebay...

Now we pay Paypal fees on the sales tax portion.

The new sales tax on all of our items will hurt us big time. It increases the price of the item and we get to pay Paypal fees on the sales tax portion. We might also have to pay ebay fees on the sales tax portion. Time to sell locally!
