Ebay recently added photos to the Saved Searches, and now there doesn't
seem to be a way to delete old ones. The instructions don't work. Is
there a way to remove the photos ... or how to delete unneeded searches?
Several changes are just not improve...
Ebay removed a listing of mine for an everyday, OTC pain reliever.
Reason given was that it is a prescription strength, and it NOT ... just
a regular strength sold at grocery stores, drug stores, etc. There are
THOUSANDS of similar auctions for these...
Thank you for your reply. As someone who has spent some time as a
Customer Service Rep, I guess I just have a much different perspective
about what constitutes good CS. I also don't see where disagreeing with
someone about what is a well-run business...

I understand that .... But the "reason" was not correct. It was NOT
prescription strength. I'd bought the wrong brand, never opened it, so
decided to sell it on Ebay. I'm all for following the rules, but
shouldn't Ebay also abide by their own guideli...
Two things come to mind. When buyers paid through Paypal, we'd get an
email notification that something had sold ... and the payment was in
Paypal. Now, not only doesn't Ebay notify you, but they keep all of your
