International fees are charged for what I don't sell internationally
because of a buyer's original address was international so ebay charges
sellers $19.98

Yes, we are getting the same thing. I can't get a hold of ebay to ask
yet. So many little tech issues I would think with all the money we are
paying they would hire competent IT people.
