Same here in Virginia. The threshold is $600 and my 1099-K is not
available yet. I've received one the last two years even though I was
nowhere near the federal $20,000 threshold.

plastic sleeves by the local p.o. many years ago and that's the way I've
always done it. And it was all unnecessary. Sigh...
Any more information about this? I tried contacting USPS customer care
and they had no clue what I was talking about. The plastic sleeves have
been discontinued from the postal store so I was unable to order them.
