Being told by eBay & the community that buyers now have the option to
combine sales tax in an offer. This way Ebay gets to collect final value

You do not remit tax exempt forms to the state. You keep a file and when
audited you have to produce them. When audited large sales with no tax

ebay reports my gross sales to both the federal & state government. Do
you really think i can get by without paying & collecting taxes? 10 yrs
ago ebay did not report gross sales & I did because my accountant
thought it unwise not to.
