Wow. I haven't sold on eBay for a while and the "new policy" of eBay holding on to your payments for up to 2 weeks seems to border on fraudulent to me. The Buyer pays but the money "sits somewhere" (probably in an eBay bank account) for 2-3 weeks??? ...
