Called ebay support 7 days in a row, jud, supervisior said would get with tech support get fixed,have not heard from him in 4 days now, cant get help or assistance ? any ideas would help ?

i load the ebay app on my android phone, go to camera, click on click on scanner soon as come up get this msg, " barcode detector has not complted downloading, try later been getting this for 3 days, even tried reloading ebay app ? this is on lg phon...
