12x9x1 no longer shows the flat rate envelope in the selling tool it
decided the Med or small flat rate box was the correct one to show. the
tool is badly broken it appears in the estimate calc but the listing
tool hides it for more expensive choices...
the reason it's screwed up is because OC the company that Ebay partnered
with to run SpeedPak is a Import Less than container load service they
get items through customs from many sellers in bulk and do the mail
