I sent the wrong item to a customer. Buyer has not responded to my
emails or phone calls. I have requested that they return the item as it
was sold to another buyer.
HelloEvery time I edit a template and try to save it, I get the error
msg: "You have entered an invalid product name".Even if I don't make any
changes this will happen.
Of course I'm entering shipping weight and dimensions and shipping
service. Every time I get the same error messages, No shipping service
specified and improper weight
