Did ebay remove the ability to block buyers with 0 feedback or purchase
history? I thought I saw it in seller prefs. not to long ago now I can't
ind it
Thank you the only reason I asked is because I had more than 1 instance
lately were a new buyer ( only a few days old) has bought something and
than either dispute the charge once shipped or not pay hanging up the
item 4 days
