I regularly use my promotional items (Free listings list) to make the
most of my monthly listings. I haven't been able to use the link for
that last two weeks, anyone else having this issue? I have tried all the

Why am I being charged for a late shipment when I shipped it within my
shipping guidelines? It was delayed at the post office. Tracking was
uploaded on time and acknowledged by the post office as one time.
I noticed this week that the option to send a custom message to the
buyer when you ship their item has gone away or am I missing something.
I am now having to go into message and send something which is an
additional step to my shipping process.
I recently had a sale to a country which is showing as currently

per month, plus 1000 regular fixed price items free, plus 10,000 free in
select categories. My problem is that normally I can click on the links
