I called on this question for ohio and was told if ebay is now
collecting sales tax I no longer needed to report the sale and pay the
tax. I have a copy of the email but do not know how to post it here

I noticed for a couple of days ebay stated they were having technical
difficulties in seller hub. They need to go back to the difficulties
because in the mean time my sales went way up. When they got there
difficulties repaired my sales way back down...
