I'm located in Canada. This sounds like a FRAUD to me! I've just cancel
a purchase made in the USA on EBAY. I make purchases from the USA for
over 25+ years, member of Ebay since 1998 and importing from the USA
most of the time... GSP is FRAUD to me,...
