Is there a way to bill through ebay for a shipping upgrade if buyer
already paid then wants to upgrade. Or is it easier to use a 3rd party
like Venmo?Thanks
I sent the wrong item which the buyer returned and then I sent the
correct item. eBay is going to automatically refund the buyer when there
is no need. Any way to stop the refund. The online assistant was of no
help. Thanks
The buyer did not want me to reship for new shipping charge. I could not
cancel I think too much time had passed(?). I went to paypal but could
not issue a partial refund. I opened a dispute case with ebay and they
ruled in my favor and then was able...
