I have an eBay store and I also list for other sellers using Multi User Account Access. This week, the banner with the "switch account" button disappeared. I can't find a way to switch accounts anymore. Is there a known issue with this? Anyone??

The banner is back. I had called eBay and put in a tech support request a couple of days ago, so maybe eBay fixed it? Don't know. Anyway, as of now, the banner appears on my pages. Thanks for your help.

Hi John, Actually, I noticed the banner only shows up when I access a client's account. It doesn't show up on any of my seller pages, when I am logged into my own account. At least the link works, so I can switch accounts with that.

Thanks. The link works. I cleared cookies & cache. Banner still missing. This problem is happening in both Firefox and MS Edge. Haven't tried it in Chrome yet. So far, the only way I can switch accounts is by using the link. - Paula
