Multi User Account Access Banner Missing - Can't Switch Accounts

I have an eBay store and I also list for other sellers using Multi User Account Access.

This week, the banner with the "switch account" button disappeared. I can't find a way to switch accounts anymore. Is there a known issue with this?

Thanks for posting.

I didn't find any reports of ongoing issues with this in my system, and we haven't made changes to remove the banner, is this still happening?

If so, please try to clear the Cache & Cookies in your browser, and if you're not already, I would recommend using Google Chrome. Let me know if that changes anything, if it doesn't, it would also be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of the Seller Hub not showing the banner.

As an alternative, you can access any accounts you're a delegatee to by going to this page: https://www.ebay.com/actexp/user/acctlist nd click the I’d like to drop down menu next to the Delegator and choose Go to Seller Hub.

Thanks. The link works.

I cleared cookies & cache. Banner still missing.

This problem is happening in both Firefox and MS Edge. Haven't tried it in Chrome yet.

So far, the only way I can switch accounts is by using the link.

Hi John,

Actually, I noticed the banner only shows up when I access a client's account.

It doesn't show up on any of my seller pages, when I am logged into my own account.

At least the link works, so I can switch accounts with that.

Thanks for the update, I'm sorry to hear the banner isn't showing on your seller pages.

I'll send and update on this our site technicians to get it looked into, I'm glad the workaround is working for the time being.

The banner is back.

I had called eBay and put in a tech support request a couple of days ago, so maybe eBay fixed it? Don't know. Anyway, as of now, the banner appears on my pages.

When you're trying to add permissions, are you doing so from this page? https://www.ebay.com/actexp/acct/userlist#

There are also a few requirements that need to be met in order to be a Delegator:

• Both the Delegator and Delegatee accounts need to have Two-factor Authentication enabled, which you can do here: https://accounts.ebay.com/acctxs/mfa-hub
• The Delegator needs to be opted into the Seller Hub, which you can do here: https://www.ebay.com/sh
• An account can either be a Delegator or a Delegatee, not both.
• Both Delegator and Delegatee need to be registered with the same eBay site

Make sure you're account is meeting all of these requirements, and let me know what you see on that page if it's still giving you problems

Thanks for reaching back out.

I must apologize, when I first replied I neglected to include one other requirement:

• The seller needs to have a US domicile, so their registration address needs to be a US address. This feature is only available to US users at this time.

As you are registered in India, the only way this feature would be available to you at this time would be if you had a presence/address inside of the US that you could add to your account.

I sincerely apologize for initially missing this yesterday.
