Made in France, black velvet with beading. I've never seen one quite like it. What was this called and is it 50's?
I thought it was a Scottish thistle, but the smooth bulb on top is throwing me. I assumed was a Victorian mourning bracelet and thistles were fairly common, but I don't know what this is. Thank you in advance.
