I hear you but is that really a sellers fault that someone doesn't read
your description and buys things by looks?I go through that also, being
asked questions that the answers are right in my description.
I did message the buyer and pointed out how it was listed and being sold
as not working. He never replied back and I have been just sitting back
to see what happens. He has no feedback and new but he sure knew how to

I thought about that but a few years ago I had that happen. Item came
back missing parts and all Ebay said to me was report him to the cops,
LOL right! Like they would do anything.
I also listed an item for parts or not working as the Ebay given
condition and clearly said that in the item description.Almost 30 days
