Contact seller not working in Chrome or Firefox on my PC but works on Android app

I can send sellers messages on my Android app and ONLY in the app.When I try to contact the same sellers on my PC using Firefox, Edge, or Chrome it takes me to the "Buyers often ask" page with no option to send a message.
