My buyer issued a return request August 10. I approved and Ebay started
the return process. Now, with one day left on deadline my buyer wants to
keep the item. I don't know how to stop the process.
I'm shipping a 3 pound package to California. It could easily fit in a
priority box 6 X 4 X 3. Ebay postage is showing flat rate shipping is
cheaper, but only in a small flat rate box or a flat rate envelope.
I am not receiving ANY feedback from buyers. I have not had any issues
on purchases buyers have made...but NO FEEDBACK. Do I have something
turned off?
