Same for me....I haven't gotten paid for anything since November
1st....I don't want to keep shipping my items with no payment. Ebay can
find my account though to take money out for shipping. I am so upset.
I have the same issue....none of my payments for November have actually
reached me. Ebay makes sure to take out their fees etc but every
transaction they sent me says "payout failed" so I've shipped 6 items
