The buyer said that he received ring and gave his daughter for present
but he claimed that ring is not diamonds but cubic zirconia. I said that
I want this ring back if he has any doubts. Now he asking for a small
refund. I know for sure it is diamon...

I had the same situation recently, just gave them partial refund, it was
obviously that this people a scammers, but don't want to have a negative
feedback. It's so unfair against sellers that we can't give negative
feedback to buyers
