I have some items that that have generated little interest. I would like to set up an Ebay Auction of these items. How do I set that up?

The customer says that Ebay will not deliver to his location. I suggested to check his address or to try to use a friend or relative as an address. FYI, the potential customer has numerous other purchases over the last number of years.
