Customer having trouble entering an order. A customer cannot enter an order because of location.

The customer says that Ebay will not deliver to his location.   I suggested to check his address or to try to use a friend or relative as an address.   FYI, the potential customer has numerous other purchases over the last number of years.

I had the Caribbean blocked off.    It wasn't until a customer in Puerto Rico tried to buy from 

me that PR was included with the Caribbean.

Where is the buyer from?

Your account has several settings that potentially can block a buyer,  Depending on what you entered.

Without knowing the address he is using, all we can do is make uninformed guesses.
